Platform Series: Double Bill
Double Bill features two shorts.
In Her Shoes, written and performed by triple-threat show monkey extraordinaire, Kimberly Chan, is a sole-baring journey that touches those soft-spot conundrums of being a woman. Together with award-winning Singaporean director Samantha Scott-Blackhall, Chan sets out to explore the trauma and jubilations of love, as she walks those beaten paths embodied by several pairs of shoes.
Through story, song and dance, and aided by her womanly instincts, this monologue is as an honest reminder to those around her (as well as herself) to embrace the different angles of love - the great, the downright awful, and the forgotten in-betweens.

From farm to fashion, Kulit on the Go reveals the heart and art in leather crafting. In a materialistic world preoccupied with consumerism, an artisan stays afloat in business by travelling to this customers to produce custom-made orders. Despite his attempts to redefine luxury goods through this vanishing trade, society had other plans for him.
Kulit on the Go revives a vanishing trade to encourage appreciation in creating art. This travelling one-man act is performed in English, Malay, Mandarin and Hokkien with music accompaniment on the ukelele.
